Instructions
Method:
Thread halved chicken breasts onto skewers.
Grill over low heat until internal temperature reaches 165掳F.
Top with prepared chimichurri sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
Chimichurri Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. This can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance.
