
High Fiber Chicken and Chickpea Plate

Ingredients
- 3 oz Diced chicken
- 3 oz Chickpeas drained
- 陆 cup Sauce of choice
- 4 oz Vegetable medley
- 3 oz Basmati rice (Use brown basmati rice for even higher fiber!)
Instructions
- Cook the chicken per specifications.
- Heat chickpeas over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Mix with chicken.
- Add sauce to the chicken and chickpea mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Saut茅 vegetable medley over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked to preference.
- Cook rice according to directions on packaging.
- Plate the chicken mixture, rice, and vegetables.
